These terms cover your use of leadsinbox.io. By using the site you agree to them. They do not cover our cold email service: if you work with us, the service is set out in a separate written agreement.

Using the site

You may use the site to learn about our service and to book a call. Please do not:

• use it for anything unlawful, or in a way that breaks these terms;
• try to get unauthorised access to the site, its servers or anything connected to it;
• introduce viruses or other harmful code, or try to disrupt how the site works;
• copy large parts of the site by automated means.

The information on the site

The site gives general information about our service. It is not an offer that can be accepted, and it is not advice for your business.

The numbers and screenshots on the site come from specific campaigns. They show what happened in those campaigns, at the points in time stated, and are not a promise that you will get the same results. Names and contact details in screenshots are blurred.

We try to keep the site accurate and up to date, but we do not promise that it always will be.

Booking a call

The calendar on the site is run by our scheduling provider, whose own terms apply to their tool. Booking a call does not commit you or us to anything. Any work we do together is agreed separately, in writing, before it starts.

Our content

The words, design, logo and images on the site belong to Leads Inbox or are used with permission. You may view the site, share links to it, and print or save pages for your own reference. You may not copy, reuse or sell our content for any other purpose without our written permission.

Links to other sites

The site links to other sites, such as LinkedIn. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or how they handle your data.

Availability and changes

We provide the site free of charge. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time, and we do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

The site is meant for business use. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or from relying on its content, including loss of profit, revenue, business, opportunity or data.
