Us vs a typical agency

Most agencies stop at the appointment.

A booked slot only matters if the right buyer turns up. So before we send anything, you sign what counts as a qualified call, including which companies fit and who has to be on it.

Typical agency

They bill no-shows and keep the domains and list.

How I pitched an ecom email agency's offer.

I keep it short and put the offer first, so the reader can tell in one read whether they want it.

What everyone sends

Hi {first_name}, I hope this finds you well.

We're a full-service agency helping brands like yours scale revenue.

Do you have 15 minutes next week?

Email 1, as sent

Sent

Hey Bob, shortest cold email you'll read all day. If someone could help you increase your email marketing revenue by 30% in 90 days, would that be useful?

P.S. No retainers. Just pay us a cut of the revenue we bring in.

Sent for an ecom email agency client. The offer and P.S. are theirs, and I've changed the names.

How it starts

What happens, and when.

  1. The fit call.

We talk through your offer and what a new client's worth to you, and you leave knowing the price.

  2. You sign, we build.

You sign your written definition of a qualified call and give us access. We build the campaign, and nothing goes out until you've approved the emails.

  3. We book your calls.

We answer every reply and brief you before each call we book. After 30 days of sending we count the qualified calls, and you decide what's next.

Plain terms

The terms, before you book.

  • 10 calls in 30 days.

We count the qualified calls that turn up in your first 30 days of sending. If there are fewer than 10, you don't pay.

  • No-shows don't count.

Nor do calls outside the criteria you sign. Before each call you get a brief with the prospect's reply, and you can cancel it for free right up to the start.

  • No lock-in.

You can stop at the end of any month. After the pilot it only carries on with your written yes, and it never renews on its own.

  • It's all yours.

The accounts, domains, lists, emails and reply history are all in your name. If you leave, you keep them, with a documented handover.

Case studies

We followed one campaign from the day it went live. After the fast start the pace slowed as sending grew, and the numbers below show each stage.

On these dashboards, an opportunity is a reply that asked for a call. It's counted when they ask, before any call happens, and it's separate from the qualified call you'd pay for.

Who it's for

Who this won't suit.

  • You already run cold email, in-house or through an agency, with your own sending accounts or SDRs.
  • A new client is worth under £5,000 to you in their first year.
  • Your offer's still taking shape, or you've got no result to show a prospect yet.
  • You can't free up time to take the calls yourself.

What else we build

Cold email books the calls. We also fix what happens next.

  • Every new lead answered fast

Form fills, DMs and replies get a response before they go cold.

  • Lists of the right people, verified

The companies that fit and the person who decides, at an email address that works.

  • Custom tools for your team

The job your team still does by hand, built into a tool and handed over.

  • Your CRM, cleaned up and working

One pipeline you trust, in the CRM you already use, or one we build for you.

  • Know which campaign made the money

Every call and deal traced back to where it came from.

  • We keep it running

We watch it every month and fix whatever breaks.

Plus, every booked call comes with a short brief on who's coming and why they said yes.

Founder note

“On the call we'll talk about your offer, the clients you want and whether cold email makes sense for you. If it doesn't look like a fit, I'll tell you.”

FAQ

How do you charge?

No fee for no-shows or calls outside your agreed criteria. You'll hear the full costs early in the call, before you decide anything.

What counts as a qualified call?

You agree it in writing: company fit, who has to attend, their need and budget. They have to knowingly agree to talk about your service, and turn up. Duplicates and your existing leads don't count.

Who decides what's qualified?

You do. You sign a written definition before launch, and a call only counts if it meets every point. Only those calls count toward your 10 in the first 30 days of sending. Each booked call comes with a brief showing their reply, and you can cancel it for free up to the start.

Whose domains and lists are they?

Yours, from day one. If we stop, you keep everything.

Will cold email hurt my agency's name?

We send from separate domains, never your main one.

How soon do calls start?

We agree a launch date once we have your access and approvals. Calls come once sending starts.

What do you need from me?

Your offer, your best case studies, access, and quick approvals. And room on your calendar for the calls.

We already run outbound. Is this for us?

Probably not, unless it's stalled. We're best for agencies that live on referrals and haven't made outbound work yet.

Booking

Book the fit call.

I'll give you the full price in the first five minutes. Then we'll go through your offer and what you'd count as a qualified call, and you decide from there.
